"These townhomes are great size for weekend getaway rentals or year round minimalist living. Nice curb appeal. The views from these units are pretty and the landscaping/plowing crew seems to keep the development grounds clean. If you have large furniture chances are it will not fit. If you have a ground level back patio you could possibly bring it through the slider. The glass Sliders have an extra lock. Seeing the kitchen living room open space layout with the deck/patio and plenty of windows was nice. There is a pantry closet but no coat closet. Maybe over the door hooks or a small entry coat rack would work. Kitchen was simple a could fit a nice small table with a few chairs or cart island with a bar and two stools. The replacement of any furnace filters, refrigerator water/ice filters would not be included. They would allow online pay. Not sure about the parking aside from 1 small garage per unit. They are Managed by Citycorp Management Corp in Manchester, NH."
