"THE best! They took great care of our cats for 17 years. Dr. Kali is so caring. We appreciate all that was done for them over the years."

"Both of my dogs died because of their negligence, immaturity and obvious uncaring disposition. My first, he was lethargic, not acting himself. We brought him in and were told that he had “depression” and were sent off, nothing in his life had changed to warrant a “diagnosis” of this. A few weeks later we had to bring him to the emergency vet where we were told he had a tic born disease common in his breed, would have been treatable had Quaker known what they were doing (inexperience and uncaring) he died two days later. My second, months after my first, he had lost 30 pounds in a month, no change in diet or exercise, brought him in as we were concerned and were told “that’s great keep up what you’re doing”…we weren’t doing anything differently…weeks later we were back at the emergency vet where he was diagnosed with cancer. This place is only in it for the money and god forbid your pet has an actual issue they will not help you in the slightest (negligence). If you’re looking for a vet go to Moreau Animal Clinic or Countryside Vets."

"0 stars. Brought my dog for a bath and general exam where supposedly the procedure for a general exam is to check a dog's mouth. A week to 10 days after, Marty was having trouble with his mouth. He kept pawing at it. I called to get him back in, and I got the runaround. I then asked to speak to the groomer. I was informed that that groomer was no longer working there and they were no longer offering grooming services. I finally got him into another vet who said he had an absess tooth and his liver enzymes were high. As one can imagine, I'm enraged, sad, depressed and can't help but feel responsible for exposing Marty to who knows what. Marty left this earth a short time ago. This won't bring my friend back but I can warn people to look elsewhere for veterinary services. Pissed!"

"Honestly super disappointed with Quaker Animal Hospital. I went here after a recommendation from a friend and after a routine check up with my cats I started recommending them and sending many people their way who became clients as well. They’ve always were kind with me but hadn’t seen how they would deal with an emergency until now. Sunday night my cat didn’t seem himself. He kept running to hide behind my toilet (he’s usually a super friendly boy who is always lounging on my couch) and not his bubbly self. I checked my cameras and noticed he hadn’t eaten in 24 hours. I called Quaker first thing they opened and the receptionist had no sense of urgency that he hasn’t eaten (which is dangerous for a cat) and that he wasn’t acting himself. Told me they didn’t have any openings this week and then said “best of luck” before getting off the phone. I called a lot of vets in the town and thankfully another vet took me in. By the time I got to them and was able to do blood work we saw my cats liver was failing. Thankfully to their quick response my cat is home (not 100 percent) but better than he was. I would just like to say how disappointing it is that another vet would squeeze me in to help my cat more than my vet who I have always raved about…. Definitely will not be going here any more and will be making it known my new experience."

"We brought our new rescue, Fergus in to be treated for a sore paw. Turned out to be worse than we thought. Our Fergus was treated so well at this excellent hospital. All the staff are warm, friendly, courteous, sympathetic, and professional. I've been to a lot of vet clinics and hospitals in my 55 years of caring for kitties, and I consider Quaker Animal Hospital to be among the very best! We finally found a great local vet!! Thank you all for being so kind and caring! You folks are the BEST!"
