"One of the best apartments I've lived at so far in recent time. Anytime I have any issues with my apartment or appliances, maintenance is right there fixing everything as quickly as possible. Update: hopefully the new management take over is better. They keep denying my reasonable accommodation requests. I can't wait to find a better place to live, the other residents are just so awful here."

"I rented an apartment in quechee from twin pines housing trust for 1 year. They do not fix damage from previous tenants and try to blame it on the next. They are very dishonest and tried to keep my security deposit which I only got half back. VREY VERY DISHONEST!. The water was yellow and they fixed nothing the whole year I lived there. It's nice to have a place you can afford but this ended up costing me. Do yourself a favor. Tough it out. Jennie Gibson, Holly Palmer... these are two women I delt with and they will flat out lie right to your face!. DON'T RENT FROM TWIN PINES!!!"
