"Ordered a rack for a 2015 Elantra all the way in North Carolina. These guys called me, and emailed me saying their system said it wouldn’t fit. They figured out quickly that the correct part was simply under a different number and shipped it. It arrived about 30 minutes after the first shipment and after a little adjusting everything fits pretty good. I can even still open my sunroof! 5 stars, would order from again."
"You can’t beat the Rack Warehouse for service, advice and price! I sold my old SUV and was left with a 20 year-old Yakima round bar rack system with all the attachments for skis, bikes, kayaks & Pocket Rocket … but no way to attach the bars to my second car, a 2011 BMW sedan. Certainly there would not be available parts to make this work. Like everyone, I searched online without much success. I thought I would have to sell my old rack system and spend thousands to duplicate it with a newer system. But lucky for me I called the Rack Warehouse, and my advisor helped me get the right attachments in record time for an incredible price! 5 days later my racks are on my BMW and I am ready to play again! "Amazing service, friendly staff and owners that are super knowledgeable and great at recommending the right products for all our different needs/activities. We purchased a Yakima tailgate pad for the day to day rides, the Thule T2 Classic hitch bike rack for trips when full bed storage and use of the tonneau cover is needed. The hitch rack is also great if you need an additional 2 bikes + 4 on the tailgate pad for those days when shuttling with a crew. Also purchased a yakima road shower for post-ride bike cleaning and showering (not shown in pics as I mounted it in the truck bed) and an awning which have been amazing for both the sunny and rainy days on camping trips. Thank you!!!"
