"I just wanted to say what an amazing man Bryan Rivera the president of Lake Champlain Roofing is. I was working on a job site where his men were also working and I picked up what I thought was a nail which I assumed had come from the job site. Bryan sent out one of his men to jack up my car to remove the tire so that the object could be removed and then plugged. After removing the item which turned out to be a screw it was brought to my attention that they didn’t use these types of screw on their jobs. Once this was brought to my attention I told Bryan that I would reimburse him for the cost. He told me that he appreciated the dialogue that we had been having for the last few hours and that we were all good. It was an amazing feeling to see that there are still people and businesses that conduct themselves in such a caring and professional way. I don’t anticipate needing a new roof anytime soon, but rest assured that when the time comes I will be speaking to Bryan Rivera and Lake Champlain Roofing. Thank you again Bryan."
