About the Business
Dragonfly Yoga Studio & Retreat Barn is a serene and welcoming institution located at 280 Bennett Street in Sandwich, New Hampshire. As a gym and health retreat, we offer a variety of classes and workshops to help you deepen your yoga practice and transform your life.
Please note that we require pre-registration for all in-person classes and workshops, and no walk-ins are permitted without an invitation. Refunds and transfers are only available in the event of a class cancellation by the studio.
Join us for our upcoming Restorative Yoga & Reiki Class on May 15th or consider our Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra Teacher Training on May 18th and 19th. We are now accepting applications for our 2024 Yoga Teacher Training class, so don't hesitate to apply early.
Our experienced instructors, including Katie O'Connell, an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, E-RYT 500, and Reiki II Practitioner, are dedicated to helping you deepen your practice and share your love of yoga. Come join us at Dragonfly Yoga Studio & Retreat Barn for a transformative experience.

"You will not find a more magical, tranquil and meditative setting any where in the world. This place is nestled in the mountains and feels like you are miles and miles away from civilization. The yoga studio is a beautifully restored barn and looks right up to Whiteface Mountain. Katie is an incredible yogi who guides you through her class with caring, gentle and knowledgeable instruction.
