"The actual service is great. But they gave me the option to pay by way of post-dated check, cashed the check early, and then tried to charge me an additional fee for their mistake. Don't offer the customer the option to pay by way of post-dated check if you're going to disregard the date on the check and charge the customer for your mistake. I won't be using them again despite the quality of the repair."

"I've used these folks for 5 years. Never had any problem. They are a bit more expensive than your independent HVAC contractor but they always come on time and do a good job. Very reliable. Noticed all the "one star" reviews are from around 5 years ago...so maybe they had a bad employee then."
