"Popped into Chuck’s Bikes on a whim after driving by looking for a place to eat. Always down to check out an unfamil bike shop. Walked in without needing anything particular, walked out with a handful of very useful good deals. Chucks is packed with parts parts parts and you gotta dig, as in move some stuff to see more stuff. My kind of Bike Shop! Hank the owner/operator is super friendly and helpful and was a pleasure to chat with while sifting through the shelves. Will def pop in whenever I find myself in the area. *Also of note: Chucks Bikes is directly across from the Lamoille Rail Trail that runs through town."

"I am the type of buyer who does a ton of research before making a purchase. The bike I decided on, the Marin DSX FS, checked all the boxes. Appropriate price, a versatile bike with good components, and a color and style I liked. Fortunately for me this is a bike carried by Chuck’s Bikes in Morrisville. The bike I bought from Hank at Chuck’s Bike’s turned out to as perfect for me as I had hoped. But what I wasn’t aware of at the time was that this bike purchase turned out to provide me with the best retail experience I’ve ever had in my 55 years of life. For Hank, the customer comes first before his own needs. He wants the customer to have a bike that fits right, that is appropriate for the type of riding they will do, and wants that person leaving his shop thinking that everything was done to make him or her happy. I spent a fair amount of time at Chuck’s Bikes the day I purchased. I never felt rushed. I discussed with Hank and his 2 employees the best ways to make the bike fit and work for me. All three were patient, extremely knowledgable and kind. I couldn’t believe how busy this small bike shop was that day. But I can see way. I can totally understand why Chuck’s Bikes is the only store I’ve come across with a 5/5 rating. I think most of us who have shopped there would double that score if we could. I feel fortunate to have crossed paths with this shop and the good folks who run it. Maybe I did something right that set me on the path to have that interaction. If you are looking for a bike, make sure it’s a brand that Hank carries at his shop. You will thank your lucky stars."

"Completely awesome. Walked in around 5PM on a Monday and walked out with a brand new bike for my 7 year old. The advice and customization for a young rider was greatly appreciated. We will be back as our other kids grow into new bikes, for sure!"

"For people like me who hate to shop, Chuck's Bikes is the best. Because he has never led me astray, I just trust in Hank (bought the shop from Chuck 25 years ago.) I walk in, tell him I need a bike for me, my son, my daughter, my wife, whatever. He shows me the right bike and that's it. He tunes it up, makes sure it is good to go, and you are on your way. My kids ride trails hard, and maintenance issues arise. Chuck fixes them quickly and correctly. Chuck's is the only place you need for your bicycle needs."

"Amazing service and technical expertise. Hank truly loves his work especially knowing he can get you back on your bike and keep pedaling. Had trouble with a rear axle (so we thought). Hank first tried replacing the bearings. Turns out it was a small piece of the free hub that was wrecked. The best option was to replace the entire wheel. Hank knows his stuff. Well worth the drive to get top notch service. Thanks Hank!!"
