"Walter needs to go. He is nasty to customers and I don’t know who he was talking to on the phone today ( I can only assume it was a customer by what was being said). If they don’t get rid of him soon it will be only a matter of time before the company goes under up here in Williston. I won’t be going back for sure and hopefully everyone else sees and goes elsewhere to. Swish doesn’t care about there customers. I have tried to file a complaint in the past about Walter specifically but my complaint was swept under the rug and the manager in Williston covered for him. Will be going to empire moving forward. Whoever Walter was speaking to on the phone today I hope you call and complain because that was terrible the things and tone in which he spoke to whoever you are!!! Get rid of the bad seeds before you lose more business!"
