"Wonderful experience from start to finish. Customer service was excellent from my initial phone call, to the in-home measuring, to selecting a product, and finally the installation itself! They worked with my (admittedly small) budget and my family couldn’t be happier with the finished result. The installers were absolutely incredible! They worked quickly, efficiently, were SUPER knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves. They obviously take pride in their work and it shows. I will definitely be using them again in the (hopefully near) future."

"We used Four Star for one of bathroom jobs at a commercial property in Lake George this summer. The folks were fast to come and do an estimate, which is very good. The work got delayed with some materials on back order, which is ok too, but no one communicted this to us until we called. After few more weeks passed I stopped in to the store and the materials were in, but again, no one told us, they were just there. Then we waited a few more weeks due to other jobs they had going on, even though we were on the list for 2 months before. The work completed (tile floor) was excellent. They were supposed to clean up the two tubs also (their advice, versus replacing them) but only did one. They did a super job setting the new toilets and vanities. I give a 4.0 versus a 5.0 due to the communication the contractor gave us...could have been better. Overall work was great,except for what we ended up having to do ourselves. I would certainly include them in the estimating process when getting quotes, just make sure they know if you are on timelines and/or expect regular updates (weekly) when things are back ordered or behind."

"I had ordered flooring and only day before installation I found that the out gassing from the vinyl material could affect my adult onset asthma. I was torn between cancelling my installation at the last minute and my possible negative health effects. I chose my health and went to the owner to cancel. He was very understanding of my situation and even promised to return my down payment which he did. I can't imagine many retailers being so understanding and returning money.
