"Arriving at Trailside during sugar season you first see a large plume of steam exiting the top of the building and smell the delightful scent of cooking maple syrup. The folks running the sugar house will answer all your questions and walk you through the process of making syrup. When we went their firebox was over 1700 degrees burning wood. In addition to syrup they sell other maple products, donuts and specialty mustards. A good time in Andover!"
