"Overall the resorts are nice, made many trips to Steel Hill, unfortunately there’s no market to resell on your own when you want to exit ownership. They offer to help rent your week to re-coop some of the maintenance fee but refuse to help you sell it. I’ve tried some of their recommended other websites, no takers plus plenty of competition. Many other larger timeshare associations offer to sell for you or a deed back program but not pathway, Just an FYI for future prospects."
"98% of people that buy a timeshare from Path Resorts REGRET it. STAY AWAY. The timeshare they sell costs 20 to 40 thousand dollars over your lifetime AND THATS IF YOU PAY CASH AND DONT FINANCE. Just go once a year for 2 or 3 days... cost like 400 $ a wack if you do it that way. But the place is cutting corners anyways with the new kids that took over from their dad. The Red Jacket will be opening up again! Now that's a water park"
"Very nice place, Loved the E bike tour with Christian. It was expensive, but it was really fun. I was the only customer on the tour and we zipped right along. Stopped at a few historic sites and had some great views. Pools are nice and everything is clean. I like the hiking trails and the organized hikes. We had a back deck with a great view, but the people below us were out there smoking all the time, so we did not use the space. It was not very crowded, which was nice."
"If you enjoy breath taking views and sunrises that will make your eyes water every morning you need to come here. Just keep in mind there are no elevators which is stated on their webiste"
"Resort is nice. Gas grills to cookout. Many pools and hot tubs to relax. Lake at the bottom of the hill can rent a boat for the day or buy ice cream from the ice cream boat while on the sand bar. Lots of trails. Have a drink at the bar or eat at the restaurant."
