"I was shopping for a tractor this month and checked out all my local dealers for the best tractor to suit my needs. I called Chapelle and must have gotten them off hours so I left a message saying I was a serious buyer and wanted some info. I waited a few days and nobody called back. Not a super big deal, so when I was in the brentwood area the next week I popped in and spoke to the woman who was at the front desk and she said their sales person was with another customer and I was welcome to wait and have a coffee. I waited for half an hour and decided I should leave because I had other things to do and didn't know how much longer it would be. No big deal, I popped in at random, no appointment. So I talked to the woman at the desk and told her I wanted to buy a tractor and left her my info for sales. Nobody ever called back. Hopefully Owner sees this and knows they are disorganized and they potentially lost a sale. I bought my tractor at Patriot in Somersworth."

"I worked with Ted when looking at a used New Holland tractor. He was very knowledgeable and super low pressure. I fully expected to spend some time there making a deal but in less than an hour we had a fair agreement. The next day Ted and Heather (at the front desk) had all of my paperwork in order and the tractor was ready to go. When I went to pick up the tractor it was missing a bracket (which I knew about) and they didn’t have it in stock so one of the mechanics took the time to custom make a bracket for me. They even painted it New Holland blue. After signing the paperwork Ted helped me load it on my trailer and I was again out of there in under an hour. They even threw in a hat and calendar (which was promptly stolen by my girlfriend). Two thumbs up!"
