"I primarily attend vinyasa flow yoga classes at this studio and wanted to promote how great they are. The instructors are the best I have worked with. The space is beautiful and they have all the props you need. There are classes for all levels and some classes that support multi level within the same class. I definitely recommend it. 5 stars"

Classes feel welcoming and all have allowed me to explore my practice with what I brought, in the moment. Besides yoga, there are workshops offered on a wide range of subjects including but not limited to meditation, mindfulness, sound immersion and happiness! I’ve met some wonderful people at Riverstone; students and instructors! All classes are priced to maximize accessibility."
