It was so clean I didn't react at all (and I react to everything. I can't even have diluted vinegar touch my skin without irritation), and I love it even more than I thought I would."

Anyway, from Fauna (?) at the front door to Diane at the chair, I was welcomed and helped without delay and found common ground with the stylist holding the scissors, which really eased my stress. Everyone everywhere has been through something in life, and sometimes the best therapy is a good haircut, a little kindness, easy conversation, and feeling better about how you look again.
