"Brought my daughter to an 8AM appt, she was left waiting. I went to use the bathroom at 8:45AM and only then saw the Dr strolling in. I will have lost 2 hours of pay today when all is said and done. My daughter also. Not impressed."

"Had my first experience here last month. It was super easy to schedule as the website shows all the available times and you can just select your time slot. No phone call necessary! The exam process was very thorough so you should expect to be there an hour or so. Everyone was great about explaining the process and they took the time to ensure the best results. My glasses were ready about a week after my appointment and I am very happy with them! Thank you to everyone at My Eye Dr Merrimack!"
"I had a great experience buying new lenses from here. I had a pair of prescription sunglasses that were damaged. Nikki helped me get my glasses back by getting the lens replaced without having to buy new frames. She even gave me a free Ray-Ban hard case. When I opened it there was a brand new cleaning cloth in a bag that was embedded with the Ray-Ban logo. I also received an feee bottle of lens cleaner! Everyone there were extremely nice to me and my son. Thank you Nikki and the rest of the staff at the Merrimack NH MyEyeDr."
