"I'm done with this place. I have been going here for about 6 months and not once has my appointment been on time. I don't mind waiting 10, even 20 minutes past my appointment time. I know stuff comes up. It happens, especially with a small business. But I wait 45-60 minutes every single time I go there. Last time, I called to schedule an appointment and they asked me to come in 15 minutes earlier than I requested - then they didn't start me for over an hour. Why did I leave work early to make it there 15 minutes earlier at their request? Oh! And then they started someone before me who got there a half hour after me (yes, she was getting the same thing done). They don't take names, or track anything, appointments are absolutely meaningless, and they don't really ask or communicate with you. They just saw us both sitting down and started one of us. But today was the last straw. I had an appointment at the very beginning of the day, thinking that they must be on time in the morning, when they haven't had time to get behind. Nope. I still waited 45 minutes for my appointment to start. I got there at 10:15 and they were open, but there was one guy there doing nails and SEVEN people waiting with appointments. The rest of the staff came in 45 minutes later (with fresh Starbucks beverages in hand!). What's funny, is even when the staff showed up, there weren't seven of them. So, not only did they show up ridiculously late, they were over booked. Clearly, it's not just poor planning and not turning people away that keeps them running behind. They are showing up and starting their day late. It's just a blatant disregard for their customers' time. Then, after all that time waiting, my nails looked horrible. Emily, the owner, does a VERY nice job on nails. It's the only reason I have kept coming back to this place, but everyone else is pretty inconsistent, especially her husband, who did my nails this morning. I had to take off all the polish and file them down when I got home. And to add insult to injury, I went to pay and they had increased their prices. Sorry, but they have not earned that. Oh, and they are just plain cold and rude. I know you're a business and you don't necessarily want to be friends, but like, a little effort to chat or get to know a customer who comes in every other week for months is just in your best interest. It's always an awkward and unpleasant experience. If you're going to wait an hour, you should just drive farther away and be treated well. That's what I'm going to do from now on."

"I have gone here before and gotten the same French manicure. The man doing my nails seemed like he would rather do anything else than be there. He stopped doing my nails multiple times to answer the phone. And the nails turned out terrible, all of the lines are uneven. This is not the care Im used to here. And I am truly disappointed"

"Yikes. I never even leave reviews but feel the need to. Bad service, even worse nail application. She did them in less than 15 minutes..I got a gel manicure and never have felt so rushed. She was in such a hurry, she first didn’t go to shape my nails until I had to ask her to please file them evenly, didn’t fully polish them towards the cuticle or on the sides (so it looks like I already have a full week of growth), and got polish on my skin without fixing it. Plus my pinky is so thick it looks like I tried to do my own gel"

"My friend and I come here every 2 weeks to get our nails done. I love them. It's so relaxing to get my nails done. And they both can do designs. And my nails always look awesome when they are done . These were done for valentines day."
