"I walked in to CMC on a Monday, expecting a possible heart stent. They immediately realized my issue was much worse than my non-CMC cardiologist had determined. On Tuesday I had an urgent triple bypass (performed by Dr Caparelli)! The doctors and staff were amazing throughout my week-long stay. I can't thank them all enough for the care and attention given to me across all levels of employees at CMC. THANK YOU ALL FOR FOR GIVING ME A SECOND CHANCE ON LIFE!"

"This place is falling apart. Be sure you do not talk to Maryland daily. When I went there I had test they left her entire IV set up in my arm and sent me home with IV set ups still in my veins of my arm. I had a test for a Zio patch heart monitor it selloff in one day, because the technician did not prep the area right I called for six days, telling them that this monitor has fallen off of me when I finally had a cardiac distress situation and needed to be cardioverted they came into the room and told me that they found no bad information on the Zio patch and never understood that the patch fell off and they never responded to me. The patch was only on me for 12 hours. It fell off and they never responded to my request for service and help. Marilyn Daly seems to think that she runs this place and she is not a doctor. I was horrified with the responses I got, and the complete ignorance of the fact that I had a IV left in my arm when I went home and many other aspects I’ll be very very skeptical about the amount of service I receive from this place I have just changed my own medical services to Lahey clinic in Massachusetts. After having a cardiac issue, I was placed in a bed in the hospital that was not functioning so every time I would lay down, the bed would go into almost an inverted position, breaking my back, and I just had two hips replaced. They refused to acknowledge this, this place is falling apart quickly I would not trust anything that came out of this facility. Read the news, read the results of what they came up with last fall with the national news coverage of the worst cardiologist in the country. Please be very leery of anything you get from this place stay away from Maryland daily. She is nothing but a uptight person who wants to tell you to go F yourself stay away."

"One star for the following reasons: Dr Tom is horrible. Totally unprofessional, doesn’t listen to people, and is plain rude. Trying to get a call back after leaving messages on their machine, emailing them on the FollowMyHealth app, and having other people leave messages for me. And NEVER getting a reply. People not reading notes in the account and be hounded over the same thing. Being told a prior authorization is done and it’s taken care of and everything is all set just to have the other company call and tell me I have to pay out of pocket because one wasn’t done. Even though another doctor ordered a test for me, Dr Tom’s name was on the order, he reviewed the results and said nothing was wrong which is WRONG THERE IS SOMETHING GOING ON WITH ME, and they won’t remove him from my chart. The positives are the nurses and Dr Ouellette are friendly, caring, and fun. Dr. Ouellette actually listened to me and understood what was going on in my life. I am posting this on google review to hopefully get a call about these issues since calling and leaving messages doesn’t do a thing."

"My mom went in for testing today. The professionalism from minute one at non invasive cardiology was fantastic. They never appeared rushed. They were friendly. They answered every question and took care of my mom from check in to check out. As a health care provider I know how chaotic it can be behind the scenes. We never felt that. Great job and thank you"
