"Beautiful salon, but had a not so great experience this summer. Tried out a new hairdresser here bc my other was booked really far out and I wanted a balayage for summer. Ended up leaving with ruined hair I’ve never had such bad damage, completely over processed and fully bleached my head which is not what I wanted and left with a yellow blonde instead of the sandy, salty blonde I showed pictures of. Very disappointed especially because she was the most expensive hair dresser I’ve ever been to and my hair is so ruined even months later now I had to get it fixed but still have a lot of damage and dry, thin hair now. Will never be going back."

I love the fact that she really listened to what style I liked and even pulled up pictures to be sure that she was able to make sure it was what I was imagining in my head.
