"I went with my fiancé to get his haircut on January 5. The stylist was extremely rude and derogatory to me, as I stood next to my fiancé. He appeared to be an older gentleman, with glasses and a mask on (unfortunately cannot recall his name). He asked what I was doing there, asked my fiancé if he needed my approval. My fiancé laughed uncomfortably and said, "kind of yeah, she's the one who has to look at it!" The stylist replied, "how old are you? You don't need her approval". I stepped in and said, "oh, he's had some bad haircuts lately, so I'm just here to help". The stylist replied, "so what are you going to do about it?" in a wholly dismissive way. We should have walked out immediately. Instead I walked away, feeling completely abashed. Clearly he has a problem with women. I would give zero stars if I could. We will never go back, and he should lose his job."

"The quality of this place has seriously declined, with terrible customer service. My recent experience here was racially charged, causing embarrassment in front of my children. I'll steer clear of this establishment; their service and management are subpar, save for one or two individuals. i wish i could give zero stars"

"The person that cut our hair seemed to not understand what we wanted or just refused to give us the cut we wanted. (They/them) I'm going to assume that's how the person wants to identify. It was hard to tell since they are still wearing a mask 3 yes after covid. Either way, the bigger "stylist" with long dark hair wanted to argue or talk us out of the cuts we asked for. I'm 40 years old. I've gone to professional barbers my entire life. I know what I want. It's not what THEY want to give me. I've gone here a few times and was fairly satisfied but this will be the last time. My hair is two different lengths on each side! Bad experience. Very awkward, weird environment the staffers have created at this location."
