"My family absolutely loves this facility! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting you with a smile. The option to send a message through the online portal is very helpful, especially for us first time parents. I either get a message back that same day or a direct call from one of the providers. Dr. Tom is AMAZING! He is great with our little and patient with us when we have questions. We have been going here for 18 months now and have not had a single negative experience. "The incredibly educated doctors John and Kathleen Braico saved my life at 4yrs old, on my first visit. I was immediately admitted to the pediatric unit in the hospital with severe pneumonia for 21 days. This was after another local office in Hudson Falls insisted after many visits that it's just a cold. Thank goodness for the gut feeling and care of my mother and older sister who pushed that this wasn't the average cold. I remember the office in the early 90s being fun to go to for care, even shots were made less anxious or painful by the wonderful nurses that worked there. And you always seen the same nurses around. As I grew into an adult the transition to an adult doctor was smooth. Time went on and my husband and I decided this would be the best place for our 2 children's care. Through the 2000s and 2010s the fun and comfort with appointments disappeared. Professionalism continues but the whole office became more clinical and intimidating for kids and parents alike. Sad to see the days of enjoying the time with your caring doctor dissipate. No fun now, nothing silly or kid about the office anymore. I can say, all the medical staff here are highly qualified and experienced. However the nurse turn over is appalling. You never see the same staff except maybe a few MDs. I continue to take my children here as they too transition to an adult family practice. I'll never forget the Braico's and all they've accomplished by opening this practice!"

"Above and beyond for our daughter. They are so fast too, never have to wait more than a few minutes from the time the nurse leaves until the Dr. comes into the room. A shame that most of these bad reviews are about cancellation policy. If you make an appointment, don't forget about it. How would you like it if they forgot that your child had an appointment? Would you just excuse them for it and come back another time, doubt it. Also any reasonable doctor's office for kids or adults will have a cancellation policy. Don't disparage a business with bad Google reviews because you are irresponsible."
