"New onset shoulder pain. No physical exam. No ROM assessment. In need of pain management including muscle relaxant: told me Valium is not a muscle relaxant and pain management is not for chronic conditions. Wrote order for PT on the wrong shoulder. On attempting to refill daily medications not related to injury, one was discontinued without notice, another was doubled on writing prescription. I can find nothing good to say about this person."

"My husband and I have been making appointments only to have them cancelled every single time for many months now despite both of us being disabled and having urgent medical concerns. Every time being rescheduled, only to have the rescheduled appointment cancelled again. Often on the day of because "She's going to be out of the office". I can't imagine we're the only ones facing this issue. It's completely unethical and unacceptable. We have to move our entire schedules around for these appointments, missing work and finding child care. They expect at least 24 hours notice from patients to cancel but then just dump the patients whenever without finding another solution. She also will just not fill prescriptions on time or gets dosages wrong on the prescription when she does. If you're looking for a primary doctor, find someone else! The office overall is fine. Some occasional miscommunications but nothing too bad. It's not their fault that the doctor keeps dropping appointments and I understand that things sometimes come up but for every single appointment over many months? That's irresponsible and even dangerous. People deserve reliable medical care and Finn doesn't seem capable of providing it."
"I was wellness checked by this facility after they refused to call me for an over the phone appointment that they claimed i didn't answer but i screenshotted and photo'd everything. i was hung up on by your answering service. I hope you leave your practice. Thanks a WHOLE lot."
