"If there was an option for zero stars... this place does not deserve to be open to the public. The petulant debutante at the front desk was attitudinal from the onset of my transaction. After awaiting at the window for her to complete her phone call, she flippantly remarked that I would have to reschedule. When I reminded the other staff that my appointment was made weeks ago, and that i’d been waiting for the lady that subsequently ignored me - their reaction was to offer another appointment - in three weeks. After the unabashed rudeness & what amounted to a public shunning by these trivial ‘professionals’, I opted to take my health care into my own hands rather than participate in this farce of a practice. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable doctor that hires competent employees. This place is so far removed from anything comparable you’d be wasting far more than the eight minutes I awaited her to finish her phone call to tell me that I wouldn’t be seen without rescheduling."
