"I cannot thank Craig enough: I was on a borrowed bike today (classic 30° December ride) and got to Harvard only to realize that the electronic shifter was no longer working. I granny geared back over oak Hill and arrived at CK bikes tired and desperate. Craig was a mensch in the truest sense of the word: while he told me that he wasn't selling any replacement batteries, he took the battery off his own bike and gave it to me. What's more, he trouble-shot the situation and swapped the coin battery in the shifter. He offered me free water, and charged me $5 for the entire thing. Craig - thank you.
