"John and Brenda run a top notch operation here at Lakes Region Cyclery. I was having trouble with a tubeless rim and tire that would not sit on its bead, and a quick call and stop at the shop got me back on the road quickly! They've been doing this a long, long time, and the experience they bring to their work is unmatched. I trust them a lot more than all those darn YouTube videos, that's for sure! "I was on a ride around Lake Winnipesaukee, many hours from home or assistance, when my bike broke down. I called Lakes Region Cyclery and John and his wife came and brought me and the bike back to their shop. They were able to fix the bike and send me on my way. Probably the worse biking state I've ever been in but thanks to them, I was able to get back home."

"I called john and he was extremely polite and helpful on the phone. Then i realized that he was the farthest from me. I thought i would prefer do business with him because of his helpful attitude. When I arrived at his shop I thought that because he was working out of his house he might not have a very diverse range of tools or skills. I have never been more wrong in my life! John is a consummate master machinist, and has far more capabilities and skills than he would ever need to repair any bicycle. He is one of the most interesting people I’ve ever met.
