"Wants money before they will even schedule an appointment to have work done. We have had cleanings here before with no problems, but as soon as there is an issue..... Told my husband it'll cost $700 to have the work he needs. They want $350 to make the appointment and the other $350 before the appointment.... (or what? You keep the money we already gave you? Or you postpone the work he really needs done?) Also I'm just curious, but I'm not sure how all that works with insurance? Don't they have to put the order through the insurance company to see what they can cover first and than we pay the difference??? If you live on a fixed income I recommend you do not go here."

"I went to see Dr. Redmond for the first time today. I was there for a cleaning and I check up. I figured I would have to make another appointment to get work done in a tooth I was having pain with, that another dentist in the area failed to fix… but him and his staff jumped right in and corrected the problem even though they were busy! The office staff was just as nice! I’m usually anxious to go to the dentist but they went above and beyond for a first time, new patient. Thank You! 5 stars deserved."
