"I was there on 12/20 following a skiing injury. Dr. Marsan quickly diagnosed a distal fibula fracture as well as a ligamentous injury and suggested that I would require non emergent surgery. I contacted an orthopedist from my hometown who agreed. I found everyone in the emergency room to be courteous and professional. Overall, excellent experience."

"They left my 3 year old with blood gushing out of her vein after taking her iv out as I am being told not to come back because my 3 year old daughter makes the staff and nurses uncomfortable and fussy. to be clear the nurses get fussy when having to work with children. My daughter was on her best behavior being poked and prodded in the ER as her life was on the line this is completely unacceptable coming from a professional health care facility especially working in the emergency room I will never go back nor will my 3 year old daughter nor should you!!!!!!!"

"From working at this facility I was abused, verbally, and emotionally. The laboratory will not upgrade anything including the materials they use, which are by far inadequate to the standards I’ve seen at other hospitals. Consistent bullying and when I spoke to people to try and resolve this, nothing was done and nothing has been done from what I’ve heard. The Director of the Lab who is a complete joke and does not know what the hell she’s doing told me “I should quit if I can’t handle the atmosphere. The other phlebotomist had been there longer so it must be me who is the problem.” Meanwhile, the turnaround rate is faster than you can blink an I. Furthermore, I will never go to this hospital ever again, and I will never recommend it! Yours truly Past employee!"

Also a special shout out to Dr. Nella Wennburg who got me through with my cortisone and Gel shots until my operation date was here on May 9th. I am highly recommending anyone who is in the " KNEED" of a total knee replacement, this IS the Dr. and Team you want. After only three days I am a little sore but no significant pain and I'm doing my exercises and taking my meds as prescribed. Also thank you to the people who man the desks at Mansfield Orthopedics.
