"We booked our family vacation through AC cruise and Travel. This was a horrible decision. I wish we did more homework before using this company. This trip turned into a very costly disaster! When we arrived at the airport it was brought to our attention our travel agent wasn’t up to date on the travel policy entering the Dominican Republic. We missed our flights and had no assistance or direction from Audrey. This is the responsibility of a travel agent to their client. We had to purchase more airline tickets and leave a day later. It’s been 2 months since our trip Audrey has not followed up with us, or given us the refund she promised.."
