"This is a beautiful property. I've been there before. This time I was going to the convention it was far away from the parking and I couldn't find any handicap parking and I didn't see any signs . I could have parked closer to the venue if I knew that that's where it was in the back area far away from the lobby as possible."

"Sadly, this was the first time calling front desk. I requested an extra blanket and reported our heat was not working and the room was at 67 after an hour half of being there with the thermostat set at 70. I was assured someone would be right up. No one ever showed. It was a cool night. At check in I was informed of free breakfast. The next morning the free breakfast totaled $36."

"I opted for a leisure stay, and one of the highlights for me was the hotel's restaurant. The ambiance was delightful, and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, I must express some concerns about my stay that I believe could improve the overall guest experience. As a Hilton Diamond member, I expected a certain level of treatment, including the possibility of a room upgrade when available, which they had during my stay. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the benefit of an upgrade, I later learned that other Diamond members shared similar sentiments. Additionally, I noticed the cleanliness of the room needs improvement, and there were signs that maintenance might need attention."

"Honestly one of the WORST experiences at a hotel I've ever had. Upon arrival the front desk ignored us for a solid 10 minutes. Booked a king deluxe and was given a queen. Fine - I'll get over it. The room flooded as soon as I took a shower (lol) they tried to blame me, sure sure. Got moved to a room with 2 double beds and it smelled like dog pee. Absolutely disgusting. They wouldn't give me any compensation, even though I paid for a king deluxe and got stuck in a double bed that was filthy.. if you like clean don't even bother. Seriously not worth your money or headache"

"I was pleasantly surprised with how great this hotel experience was. Given that it’s a hotel a bit off a main road , I would usually expect it to be rough in shape but the staff was super friendly, check in and check out was an absolute breeze and the room selections are great! They have great amenities like a warmed, indoor pool, a small gym and a couple eatery options. The overall decor was elegant and well kept. Location was good and near many other amenities and shops needed"
