"My family and I had loved this office when we first went so much so that I got my mother in law and sister in law to join them as well. I just had to reschedule my appointment and my daughter's and was told they're already booking for 2025?? how is that even possible. Now I need to find another dentist and your office just lost several patients. Now I see why so many bad reviews of this place. Don't waste your time or money and find someplace more reliable."

"Had a previous bad experience with this office, had written a previous unfavorable review. Was told "we aren't going to treat someone that gave us a bad review that's silly" Dr. Breyette said they would fix this because it was their fault I was willing to pay cash for a crown because the tooth won't hold a filling anymore. Left untreated and office staff had been extremely unprofessional and confrontational I like the Dentist but office staff has kept me from getting the care I deserve with the provider I want, asked for removal of this previous review to be treated. Hopefully I don't loose the tooth that was improperly cared for in the first place now. This morning I called to get information about an insurance claim that was not what I was told it would be. Heather was the first to speak to me and I believe she was upset because I wasn't satisfied as I had gotten conflicting information from the 3 prior conversations. Then she refused to continue the call, then Zoe the office manager got on the phone and refused to speak to me at that time and I was told she would call back. She did call and did not have any different results to what I was originally quoted which was my insurance would cover all no out of pocket charges. They turned the mistake on to me and said I was running them in circles when they were the ones who should have had the anserws. I would have expected so since Zoe is the office manager. So it went like this from no out of pocket exspense to $400. Then when I said I would write a review because of being disappointed Zoe said she was turning my account into collections today which is a threat and can't be done until the account goes through the process. She had said they haven't recieved payment from insurance company yet. So disappointed with the behavior of the staff extremely unprofessional, uninformed for an office manager. "thanks for the favor" Heather that's only half of my disability check not all of it. My recommendation is to train your staff before turning them on your patients and take responsibility for your mistakes and don't push it back on me. Childish! A ZERO!"

"So grateful for this practice. From appointment to exam my experiences have been efficient and the staff friendly and helpful. My hygienist, Rachel, puts me at ease and gives me helpful advice. I'm newly retired to the area, and have made my husband an appointment . So relieved to know we are in good hands here! Thanks so much!"

"Absolutely would not Recommend this place. I had a crown put on by Dr. lampert and it was not a good experience to begin with and to make things better the crown fell off and when I called to be seen I was told there next available appointment was four days out. Really maybe if the dentist had done a root canal after when she ground off half of a good tooth to put on a crown. I’d be ok with waiting that long I’m reminded of this place every day when I bite down on it. And now that the crown fell off and air is hitting the nerves This place is not very accommodating when your in pain due to there screw up so if your looking for a good dentist this is not the place. Today was the last time I will ever call there or step foot in there again. If you like tooth pain then it’s a perfect place. Do yourself a favor and keep looking it should not be painful when you go to the dentist if it is they are not very good at what they do. Hopefully this place reads this and makes some changes for the patients that are still there. The cleanings were always good it wasn’t until I needed work done that’s the skills are lacking. Like I said I’m sure it’s not all the dentist there I can only speak for the experience I had on the one I seen."
