"My wife and I have two young boys, one in preschool and one in kindergarten. We both have multiple jobs and only have one car. It's gotten pretty much impossible so we started looking online just to see what was available and what prices were looking like, but our credit has taken a hit since covid and we didn't have money to put down. We made an appointment with Romeo Auto Outlet and I'm so glad we did. If you're looking for a dealership with people who genuinely care then this is where you need to be. The two salesman that we worked with, Jimmy and Josh were so kind and helpful with the whole process. The sales manager Shawn sat down with us and got to know us and what we needed in a vehicle. He listened to our concerns and validated them. He assured us they would make it happen and they did. Their finance manager Stephen was absolutely incredible. He's very knowledgeable and it's impressive to see how well he works with the banks. He tries his hardest to get you the best deal. If you doubt you'll be approved just go see them and give it a try. If you have kids and you don't have anyone to watch them don't let that stop you because they're very accommodating with children. We now have a 2020 Honda Odyssey and we love it.
