"After three weeks of waiting for my plumber to find availability in their schedule to address my drainage issue, they finally came out and told me that they didn't have sophisticated enough equipment for the job. They recommended I call Henniker Septic, and within a day, Sean arrived determined to fix the issue. He spent hours at it -- creatively thinking of all the options and refusing to give up until he completed the job. He was amazing -- professional, personable and polite, as was Natalie in the office. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Thank you to the team for helping me and my family get back to normal!"
"Broke our septic cover and wrote on the receipt that we need a new one because it is too heavy. NOTE: standard cement cover that has been serviced several times since we bought the house with no one saying it was too heavy. When I called the company to ask about it, the woman in the office was very rude and told me she would look into it and call me back ….. never called. We will find a new company AFTER we replace the cover they broke."
"worst service ever from the lady at the desk! We called 2 months ago to have the septic pumped and the rude lady on the other end said we were not due till Springtime. It was full by mid -December. They then charged over $100 more for "emergency". After i called to complain she called my landlord and claimed i threatened her. this was after i said she does not do her job! no threat or even curse words were used! Call the police and let them hear the message i left as she claims. she is a liar and thief! Rudest woman ever on the phone! for the record the 2 guys that did the job were awesome!"
