"Recently I was on vacation in New York and ran into troubles with my truck. I had to haul my camper home in 4 days and needed a shop that would not take advantage of me. On the suggestion from a friend who knows the area, he sent me to Brown Brothers. I cannot tell you how amazing this shop was. Larry (the owner) immediately reached out to me and put me in contact with his service manager Brody. From that point on Brody was in constant contact with me about what was going on and what was going to happen next. Even when we thought the truck needed to go to the dealer for programming Brody did all that he could to make sure they did not sit on it and had the truck back before I needed to leave. When the dealer route didn’t fix it, they got the truck back and replaced the problem part in a day to make sure I could go home on time (and with my camper). Keep in mind I was a “walk in” and they still did all of this around their normal scheduled work that was already on the books. These guys went above and beyond for me when they didn't have to. They also didn't take advantage of me with the price knowing that I was going to have to pay whatever it was to get home. I live 3 hours from them and they knew I would not become a regular customer but they still took care of me as if I would be back in a month for my regular oil change appointment. These guys are the definition of customer service. My family and I thank Larry, Brody and the rest of the staff at Brown Brothers for what you did for us.
