"Super nice and friendly staff. Skis + boots + poles for $40. Accidentally switched my skis and poles with someone else’s and brought them back. Mike was very understanding and eased my nerves about the situation. He even offered for them to take care of it so I didn’t have to go back to the mountain. Eventually got it figured it, but I was very pleased with their customer service."
