"Eric was very nice and knowledgeable about chimneys and wood stoves. He came to our house to do a basic sweeping. He instead gave it a general inspection and informed us that our wood stove needed a replacement part before he could do a proper sweeping. We paid for the inspection up front, which was supposed to be going towards the total cost for the part needed in order to do a proper sweep, along with some other work. I was told the part would come in 2 weeks from the day he ordered it and could reschedule services then. It's been well over 6 weeks with no updates or responses. I've tried getting in touch via call, text, and email multiple times just to see if the part came in and have had no luck. Very disappointed."
"Eric came within a few days to inspect and clean our chimney, wood burning fireplace, and pellet stove. He's going to come back to repoint our brick chimney exterior above the roofline. He was easy to talk to and a pleasure to have around our house. Prices seemed very fair. He gets our thumbs-up."
