"I typically absolutely love going to get ski rentals and almost every time I have a great experience. That was not the case at this ski shop. The tall bald man at the front desk wanted nothing to do with me and my girlfriend as we were trying to tell him we needed ski and snowboard rentals. We told him we wanted one ski rental and one snowboard rental and he replies with, “ok two ski rentals”. I shrugged it off thinking maybe they are both considered ski rentals. We went downstairs to get fitted where I got well fitting boots however the top two buckles were too loose even when the buckles were maxed out. There was zero tension being applied to the ankle when the buckles were cinched. I asked him if he could slide the buckle to the tighter setting, so my boots would fit properly. I asked him twice, and he repeatedly said the fabric strap was enough and I didn’t need to worry about the top two buckles. What? I am a fairly experienced skier and I needed tighter boots but he wouldn’t quickly get out a hex key to re-configure the boot buckles. I spent the whole weekend skiing with extremely loose fitting boots. My girlfriend wanted to rent a snowboard, they were all out of snowboards, but we didn’t find that out until after we already paid because the tall bald man at the counter wasn’t listening to us in the first place. My girlfriend ended up buying a snowboard on sale at that point with bindings. She had her boots and asked if she could have them fitted to the board. Great thank you. We get to the mountain and the snowboard bindings are maxed out and not capable of securing her boots properly to her snowboard. This place is terrible, they are horrible listeners and think they know everything, their arrogance and lack of effort in helping their customers is piss poor. Do not go here. If you see a tall bald man at the front counter you should run. When I brought this feedback to their attention they were dismissive and almost laughing about it."

"Great shop with super customer service. Rented some XC touring gear for a day at Greenwoodlands. The staff was very helpful and extremely polite. The rentals were current models and in great condition. They had a large inventory of winter clothing, jackets, gloves, etc and prices were reasonable. Highly recommended."

Don got me back on the slopes with gear that was perfect for me. My first day back on the slopes I skied black diamonds all day long without pain in my feet! Prices are great too!!"
