"They installed a B&W fifth wheel hitch in my truck. The whole process was great. The ladies handling the payment were exceptional and there was a input error on the amount. It was caught prior to running the charge card and they were very apologetic even though it was minor issue. The person who installed the hitch went over the operation of it, how to disconnect it from rails and lubrication points. I am very pleased with the B&W product and especially pleased with the interactions with the people at Woodward. Highly Recommend!"
"Worst Fisher plow installation I've ever seen. Bolts weren't tight mounting the plates to the frame, wiring was a mess, they wouldn't mount my controller, wouldn't notch my air dam and very disorganized. Took plow to Lucky's Trailer to have all these issues addressed and have them inspect entire installation for further issues. Save yourself the headache and have Lucky's do your plow installation."
