"Food was good but pizzas were barely cut and they stole my money. Ordered 6 pizzas and had my son pick them up. They handed him a stack of boxes and said 6 pizzas. When he got home we realized there were only 5 pizzas. Called the store to ask for a refund, two different people, one being the manager, said they could not refund my money. The manager suggested I call customer service, they were closed. Called back on Monday and was on hold for 40 minutes. After giving all the information I was told I would receive a call from either the franchise manager or the regional manager to determine if I would be refunded. Guess what? NOBODY HAS CALLED ME BACK! Horrible customer service."

"I love their Thin Crust Pepperoni pizza. Whenever I get a craving, I mobile order it and cruise on by and pick one up. Always hot, fresh & inexpensive. Never had any issues with this place."

"I paid like 8 dollars for all these extra sauces with my online order. When I got home, zero sauces or even marinara for the crazy bread. I was pretty ticked off. I willing give them another shot at my business if the owner is willing to reach out to me and make it right."
