"I replaced the brake pads on my 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia without disconnecting the battery which cause all kinds of codes and losses of functions. I couldn’t get an appointment with the dealership in Virginia until the end of July. So I drove it! By chance, I asked Jolee if she could clear the codes and 20 minutes later the car was back to normal!! GREAT!!"
