"Delightful and frightful! Had a blast with a crew of 10 and it was a great time. Jump scares, performances involving dance, interactive and theatrical elements. Don't forget to make a 360 pic at the end, and grab some momentos and other goodies for sale. Food truck on site and plenty of parking."
"What a great October experience. Nightmare Vermont is amazing for two important reasons: 1. The experience: This is so much fun! It is entertaining fast moving and unique 2. The staff: so accommodating, kind and competent. You're making a huge mistake if you don't attend this"
"Unable to pickup or follow the story line this year. Last year there was a DJ and the waiting area was full of activities and design. This year was just waiting and the line. It was more of a theater/acting performance than anything scary. I enjoyed last year much more. The sets and actors however were fabulous."
"So this may be an odd thing to say. I've gone to Nightmare every year. My favorite character by far has been the nerd who saved me with a plunger. I would marry him. Also, tonight, the guy who ripped the heart of that thing, he might as well have taken my heart too. He was hot, I'd marry him too. Um. Yeah great show too. I will be coming back to see the prisoner guy hehe"
"I really built this up - as I’d heard about it for years and finally made the drive from mid Vermont to see it. The whole experience was bad. The start times were confusing - we got there at 6:20 But had to wait till post 7 to begin. Then as soon as we started a staff member accused the whole Group as apparently there were 8 people more than should have been. He tried to get us to fess up to who had snuck in - and said it would be so crowded it would ruin the show. They realized it was an internal mistake and shuffled as all through. Not a great start. I scare easily and did not find it scary it was theatrical performances with bright lighting and numerous musical dance numbers and a fair bit of shuffling and waiting in between. I think this would be so much better if it was darker, less interactive scenes and a true walk through of scares. Truly the scariest part we’re the actors lurking at the entry and the end. Sadly will not be returning."
