"They do great work, but they don’t value anyone’s time. Every time I have made an appointment at the salon I’ve had to wait at least 30 minutes sometimes even up to an hour for them to actually start my nails. I came in today for my 12 o’clock appointment and they sat two walk ins before me. Even after I told them, I was there on my lunch break. I waited 30 minutes and walked out. Unfortunately, I won’t be back."

"The woman who did my nails was rude, not friendly, didn't listen to what I asked for, seemed annoyed that I was trying to tell her how i wanted them shaped and just did them her way. Never going back"
"My toes nails were cut super short and the wrong polish was used on them so they could charge me more even after I specifically told them I didn't want that particular polish and my nails were crooked, all different lengths and were pulling up so badly I had to go get them redone in less than 2 weeks from getting them done."
