"This location has had serious issues with consistency, quality, speed, and accuracy since opening. Early on, it was always on the verge of disaster and I waited 45 minutes the first time here to receive food that was mediocre at best. I went today for the first time in months and although they were busy and short-staffed, everyone was doing their best, the wait wasn't terrible, and the food was absolutely awesome. I'd recommend giving this location another shot if you haven't been recently. They have drastically improved and their current team deserves massive pay raises for how productive I saw them today."

"I went here soon after they opened and was not impressed with the quality and quantity of the fried shrimp. I decided today to give them a second chance. I ordered the 3 piece chicken dinner, it was crisp skin, moist meat, flavorful, buttery biscuits, and good cole slaw. The take out person was great at 2 pm. The young man with well spoken and very friendly."

"I've eaten at several Popeye's. Glad to see a location "close" to me (only about 45 miles). I've eaten at their locations in CT, PA, NY, NJ, NC, GA, LA, and AZ. This particular location has a little work to bring it up to the standard. The mashed potatoes were cold, not cool, Cold. The biscuit tasted off, not sure what it was, but definitely didn't taste good (one taste and I pitched it). The spicy chicken was tasty, and it was served hot. When I worked in a restaurant, we had our saying "hot food hot, cold food cold". Simple, yes. But effective."

"We have gone here several times and have not had any real issues aside from opening week when they were slammed with Business. This particular visit the food wasn't as fresh but I'm not knocking them for it since they weren't busy. Particularly the service was great as always but the individual who took our order this time had a pleasant smile and a lot of patience as she waited for my daughters to order. Then when I asked if we had four things on our order she instantly read off our entire order so that I could confirm that it was correct. The food came out fast and hot, but as I said before not as fresh as all we had in the past. I've seen a lot of people complain about this place and I really don't know why. If you've been there once, I definitely recommend you go back and try it again. I gave three stars on the atmosphere simply because it's nothing special. It's just a standard fast food restaurant dine-in experience. It's a fairly small place so if it gets busy don't expect to find a seat. Oh and for some reason one of the doors was barricaded so you could only go in one side of the building. I'm sure they have a reason for that, but it doesn't really send a good message."

"I have been here 5 times since this location opened up. I always get the same thing, as Spicy Chicken Sandwich. 3 of the 5 times I’ve received the wrong sandwich. They do fix it when I bring it back. I’m not usually fussy, but I go for that one particular thing. During my last visit with my mother, the mobile app wouldn’t allow me to place an order where I had a deal for a free sandwich with a $10 purchase. The manager happened to cash me out at the drive thru and when I told her about it, she gave me the sandwich for free. I didn’t demand it, she did it out of her own kindness and professionalism. I was very appreciative. I will continue coming back for the most delicious chicken sandwich!"
