"One of our go-to places! It's close to home but we wouldn't go if the food wasn't delicious. The staff is friendly and the clientele can be talkative if you enjoy that. They also do trivia every Wednesday and football on Sundays during the NFL season with a special appetizer menu."
"It’s fine for a casual dinner, the food isn’t great but it’s not horrible either. I go there a lot for the convenience. The only problem with Forbes is the indoor dining space. The lighting is terrible, too bright!!!! and there is always a AC fan blowing right on the patrons. It’s ironic calling it a “Tavern” it’s not charming or cozy or has any wood in the decor, it looks like a cheap hotel or hospital waiting room. who ever did the decor …..I just can’t believe they spent money on something that looks so bad."
"For what it is, I think Forbes is great. This is not what I'd call fine dining, but the burgers are delicious. Fried pickles were great too. Nice outdoor dining area when the weather permits. The decor is a little dated but it's not a deal breaker."
