"i walk in at 9:58, get my food ordered at 10:01 but i didnt leave with my to go order till 10:21. the seating area was a mess and whatever staff was on tonight did not impress me. half the staff seemed to be off goofing around, swearing and yelling up a storm. i swear myself but it seems unacceptable for staff on duty to be swearing as much as that young lady was."
"Witnessed the shift manager turn a bus of student athletes away after they played two-hour soccer games. She flat-out refused service or to even compromise and offer them the simplest items on the menu. I sympathize that there were three employees. However, it's the hospitality business. Would you have turned away 30 cars at the drive-thru? Or 30 individuals that didn't come in a bus? Those kids were hungry and had a 3 hour bus ride home afterward. Shameful that she treated them that way."
