"This facility and staff made a wonderful first impression. However, post the initial appointment in November where x-rays were taken and a treatment plan proposed, things deteriorated quickly. After no response to a minimum of five attempts, via email and phone calls, to ask a question about the treatment plan, I finally contacted my insurance company for intervention to obtain my x-rays for use at another dentist's office. This office did not meet my expectations due to poor communication and not taking my needs into consideration. The lack of any type of response to my outreach efforts from a medical office is disconcerting."
"I have been going there for awhile now and the staff there have been really sweet until I encountered one front desk receptionist who was extremely discriminatory. He refused me service because I was deaf and demanded me to contact him directly via phone, which I can't because I am deaf. I have been using interpreters to call the place in the past with no problem until this one. And thus I was denied service until I am able to make a call myself. This is unbelievably discriminatory and I am taking my service elsewhere."

"Other than the super loud, rude patient that was getting assisted at the same time as me. It was super nice and everybody there was friendly both the doctor and assistant had me laughing the whole time."
"I had two crowns removed and the work that had to be done to save those two teeth was extensive. My mouth is super sensitive and I am a bit of a baby. The Dr. was patient, kind and caring. It took an hour longer than it was supposed to but they gave me a break to go to the bathroom and when the stress hit they brought me a blanket. I returned yesterday to have the two crowns put in place and they were just as kind and caring. She made sure they were seated properly and they look wonderful. Great staff all around. I am very happy with everyone I've met there. What a wonderful team of professionals."
