"Can't call any department. Phone system is terrible. Could have had Amazon deliver the part before I could get through to the boat desk."

"I brought my 2017 Rinker 223 5.0MPI boat in for an alarm that beeped every 30 seconds. The "mechanic" there said it was because it needed a 3 year scheduled service. Made sense to me so had it done, $1500 dollars later, put the boat back in the water and same alarm, this time they tell me it was the EFI rail and they "fixed" it for no charge. Put the boat back in the water - seemed to run fine initially then a major alarm, stopped the boat. Brought it back and they said it was port manifold was clogged, they recommended doing both sides. Since it was a freshwater only boat and only had 160 hours that was tough to swallow but I had them replace the port side only. Another $3K. Put the boat back in - ran fine then a major alarm, brought it back, the port side still in overheat alarm but now they say the starboard side manifold had to be replaced. Reasoning was so far fetched I pulled the boat and went to a real mechanic. They found that the water pump that was installed at the first service was done incorrectly not allowing enough water to flow through the port side - they repositioned the pump and everything runs great - Never needed to spend that $5K. Other minor alarms caused by incompetence were also addressed. Should never have listen to these people. they do not know what they are doing. Tracker should be ashamed that they allow this to happen - it's their reputation that is going down the drain Do not have them work on your boat - they will only create more problems - your better off watching a u-tube video and taking a shot at it yourself. better odds of getting it right. Had to give it one star or I couldn't post - really they don't deserve that. Stay away go to someone reputable"

"Awful experience with the service department. Let them do some work on my boat and got overcharged but thats not the worst part they have damaged my boat both times its been there for service. The first time they replaced the livewell pump but damaged the hose and the pump out switch the pump out switch now pumps water into the livewell instead of out, they also damaged the seals so my boat was leaking and taking on water. My most recent visit was just to have my trailer wiring replaced & fish finder installed I DONT LET THEM TOUCH MY MOTOR that would be a BIG mistake, after i got the boat back and back home getting ready to go do some fishing the motor wont start so i bring it back to them the next day they tell me its not there fault and the neutral safety switch is bad, they gave me the part number for the switch...i drove 1 hour away to get it and back home to install it and while getting ready to install I notice the wires for the switch are disconnected - the technician must of accidentally disconnected it while running the wires for the fish finder. Plugged them in and motor started. Oh and that part number they gave me was the wrong part number and I wasted my time and money to drive an hour away to buy it. SAVE yourself some hassle and avoid this place. There is a reason why they have had 3 different service managers in the last couple years. I bought 2 boats from them....they treated me horrible, overcharged me and damaged my boat twice, I am done with them and I recommend finding another service shop for your boat."
