"Great place to stay! We loved cabin #5! The owners are incredibly nice and happy to help with anything if needed. The property is beautiful. There are several fire pit areas with a lot of outdoor furniture, grills, a screened in gazebo and a very clean pool. The river was right behind our cabin. We loved sitting on the back porch. The view is beautiful. The cabin was clean, bed was comfortable, there were several fans incase it was hot, and kitchenette was perfect. We didn’t eat out at all, we cooked there and ate by the river! We’ll definitely book again, but for a longer time! There’s so much to do in the Lincoln area! Thanks for a great place to stay!"

"We stayed in # 5 cabin. Very outdated. Peeling paint rotting on the deck. Noisyheater. But. Beautiful river view Very clean. Inside is like a time warp. !they give you a blow dryer but the plug is in the bathroom light over the sink! And it’s a 1960 light pull cord. Bed very very soft. Not comfortable Give you a coffee maker but not even one pack of coffee. But has hot plate small refrigerator and microwave tv So bring your own coffee. !! I won’t stay again. But all in all not a terrible experience. ! Close to The Flume. Gorge"

"Just spent a week here and it was great! Very clean and the owners are attentive & always available on site. I used to come here every year as a child and was happy to see all the improvements that have been made in the last few years! Cozy cabins with comfortable mattresses. The office has games/ sport supplies available along with a basket for supplies you may need while doing a local hike. Highly recommend!"

"The motel's rooms were a bit dated but maintained extremely well. Everything was very clean. The location is very convenient to a lot of nature in New Hampshire's White Mountain region, such as the Kancamagus Highway, Sabbaday Falls, and Artist Bluff. This motel is also fairly affordable compared to a lot of nearby options. The best part was the outdoor seating, complete w/ grills, pavilions, and fire pits. The creek running along the back of the motel made for some great white noise when sleeping and a fun area for kids to play in!"

"BE AWARE of Mike's 30 day notice cancellation policy before you book. This is WAY outside the normal for the industry and the area. I checked. It was not made clear to us BEFORE we booked. We cancelled a stay 10 DAYS BEFORE our reservation. Mike kept our deposit. After more than 30 years staying here, twice each year, under 4 different owners, we are done with Mike. BTW their new mattresses are extremely saggy, not comfortable at all. Consider checking them if you're expecting a comfortable bed. Look for Mike's snarky, condescending attitude in his replies to other negative reviews here and on TripAdvisor. Also, watch for it in his reply to this one. We recommend White Mountain Motel and Cottages located just downstream. It's owned by the Clark family of Clark's Trading Post."
