"I recently had the worst service experience at Bob Mariano Ram. My 1 year old 3500 Ram was towed to that dealership since it was the closest. 1 month later they returned my vehicle. The repair required an air filter & a sensor. In the 50 years of my owning new vehicles I never had such bad service. I don't know why anyone would want to buy a vehicle there if they were covered by a service warranty."

The service advisors and other staff were very prompt and detailed when communicating with us about our vehicle. We were able to get the repair completed the same day which was a huge win for us as we do not live close to the dealership. "I had a great experience !!! My salesman Geoff was excellent. He was very nice to deal with and was unlike any other salesman I have dealt with in the past. Geoff was easy going, very helpful with all of my questions. Best of all was that he did not try to force me to buy my truck, he listened to me and allowed me to decide unlike other experiences that I have had buying vehicles in the past.
