"Sorry - cannot agree. They totally ghosted a friend of mine who they promised not to ghost. The owner gave her a quote but when she tried to schedule an appointment they ignored her. The owner knew the work had to be done to meet an inspection requirement and promised not to leave her hanging. The period for inspection came and went with no response from the company even though multiple messages were left with the business. My friend had to pursue an alternative fix to the issue which resulted in an approved inspection report. To this date Bumper to Bumper has never responded to my friend. A poor business practice. ."
