"They should probably hire different people. It’s not hard to do a correct tire rotation. You make a x when rotating not switch them on the same side. Very poor equipment when there jack gets stuck and it takes them even longer when it should only take 30 minutes maximum."
"I went there a few months back and they started off very aggressive and were constantly trying to sell me an over priced filter and wipers. About two weeks later I checked my oil to see it beyond low. I don’t know if it because I am a young women or what but they clearly did not put the right amount of oil in my car assuming I wouldn’t know. Very disappointing and unprofessional"

"Went in for an inspection. The certified inspector was about to leave for the day, but stayed on to complete my inspection. Brought me into the shop so I could see what needed to be fixed. Ordered parts and put me on the schedule to have it fixed the next day. I was to pick it up the day after. The parts came in a day late and they worked on all through the morning and I was able to drive it away at the agreed upon pick up time."
"Worst service I have ever experienced. My engine bay is covered in oil from the oil change. I now have to degrease it and clean it. I will be seeking a refund and if it is not done I will be seeking legal action."
